Shipping & Delivery
For any special delivery instructions, please email us at online@softedge.studio with your order number as the reference.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched the same or next business day. Please allow additional processing time during peak promotional periods, including sales and new releases.
Orders containing pre-order items will be processed and dispatched in full once all items become available. The expected dispatch date will be noted on the relevant product page and may be subject to change.
Deliveries within Australia are shipped with Australia Post. All international deliveries are shipped with DHL Express.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value.
Express domestic shipping is complimentary on orders over $1,000 AUD.
Please ensure the carrier has a safe place to leave your parcel if you will not be home to receive it. By selecting a non-signature service, the recipient acknowledges that authority to leave has been provided to the carrier. Softedge cannot provide refunds or replacements for parcels that are lost, damaged or stolen after being successfully delivered.
If an order is returned to sender following an unsuccessful delivery through no fault of Softedge, any return shipping costs, import fees, duties or taxes will be deducted from any applicable refund. Re-shipping a returned order will incur an additional shipping charge.
