Shipping & Delivery
For any special delivery instructions, please email us at online@softedge.studio with your order number as the reference.
All online orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during peak sales periods such as promotional launches, sample sales, or pre-Christmas periods.
Any online orders containing pre-order styles will be processed and dispatched in full without split shipments as soon as they become available. Order fulfilment will commence from the date specified on the relevant pre-order product page and may be subject to delays.
Deliveries within Australia will be shipped with Australia Post.
All international deliveries will be shipped with DHL Express.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary.
Express domestic shipping is complimentary on orders over $1,000 (AUD).
Non-signature parcels are sent at the buyer's risk. Please ensure that the courier has a safe place to leave your parcel if you will not be home to receive it in person. By selecting a non-signature service, the recipient acknowledges that parcel leave authority has been provided to the carrier. Regrettably, neither softedge nor the carrier can provide refunds or replacements for goods that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being successfully delivered.
In the event of a redirection back to the sender due to failed delivery at no fault of the sender, additional shipping costs and import fees required for the return to sender will be charged to the receiver. Any refunds issued in association with such redirections will be made less any freight on export, freight on re-import, customs taxes, duties, fees and charges. Any re-shipment of returned orders will incur an additional shipping cost.
