softedge offers store credit for all items purchased at full retail price from our webstore. Discounted items or purchases made as part of promotional sales are final and cannot be exchanged.
To be eligible for exchange, items must be returned in unused condition with their original packing and received by our warehouse team within 10 business days of the original delivery date.
softedge is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange process. Items must be returned to our warehouse before a replacement can be dispatched or a store credit can be issued. Any variation in product price or additional shipping fees incurred due to a change of mind must be paid in full before the exchange is completed and shipped.
We recommend sending returns using a traceable & insured service, as softedge is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.

softedge reserves the right to reject any items that are returned in used, damaged, or otherwise unoriginal condition, where the sender is not able to provide proof of purchase or items have been returned outside of our policy period. Rejected items may be sent back to a nominated address at an additional cost.
