IN SOME CASES WE MAY CHOOSE TO OFFER A REFUND FOR COMPASIONATE REASONS, IN THIS CASE A SMALL FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND  TO COVER ADMINISTATIVE COSTS AND FEES IN VOLVED IN PROCESSING THE REFUND (25AUD + 10% OF ORDER TOTAL).

IN LINE WITH AUSPOSTS DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND INSURANCE POLICIES, THE RECEIVER MAY BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT THE BOKEN ARTICLE ALONG WITH ITS ORIGINAL PACKING AT AN AUSTRALIA POST BRANCH SO A DAMAGE REPORT MAY BE CONDUCTED AND A REFUND  OR REPLACEMENT PROCESSED.
